Low2High Biking Fundraiser
Low2High: Africa is a fundraiser for the New Day Children’s Centre in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.
In January, 2011, Kyle Henning will begin his human-powered, solo expedition from the lowest point on the African continent to the highest. Starting at the shore of Lake Assal, Djibouti (155m below sea level), he will bicycle more than 3,000km through six countries to the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania and trek to the summit of Uhuru Peak (5,892m above sea level).

Living Philanthropic: Day 127: Covenant House

If you haven’t donated yet to the Pakistan Relief efforts, please do so now.
Even if it’s just 5 dollars, it will make a great difference and the good you do will come back to you in abundance.
I know times are hard right now for everyone. But skip a coffee for one day so that someone else may have a meal. Please Donate today.
